Yamazaki Limited Edition 2021

Between 2014 and 2017, the Yamazaki Limited Edition bottlings were some of the most sought after annual Japanese whisky releases on the market. Limited in numbers and containing some precious, aged Yamazaki liquid inside, they delivered in quality, appearance and collectability.
Composed of malt twelve years and older, these releases are also reported to contain some much older material for added depth and complexity.
This 2021 limited edition has been aged in fresh casks made from Mizunara oak trees. 

Appearance: Deep amber-orange.

Nose: Honey, vanilla, mizunara spice, light smoke.

Palate: Campfire smoke, vanilla, oak, spice.

Finish: Oak, spice, caramel, vanilla crème.
