Yamazaki Distiller’s Reserve from Suntory. The whisky has been matured in Bordeaux wine casks, Sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks.

    Nose:    Strawberry, cherry, Mizunara (Japanese oak).

    Taste:    Raspberry, white peach, touch of coconut.

    Finish:   Sweet vanilla, clear finish with, hint of cinnamon.
