Chichibu London Edition 2020 Single Malt Whisky

The 2020 is the third release of Chichibu’s London Edition, produced annually to coincide with The Whisky Show. This year’s whisky is a vatting of seven casks of whisky aged between six and eight years, a mixture of ex-bourbon barrels, casks that previously held peaty whisky and casks with new Mizunara oak heads.
Only 1,736 bottles released.

    Nose:    Green olives, brine, little smoky, sea breeze, little seaweed, citric, green fruits, leafy hints.

    Taste:    Citric, salty, little sweetness, spicy, little herbal, minerals, limestone, honeydew.

    Finish:    Medium long, warm, spicy, salty.
