   Nose:   Vanilla, honey, peaches, apples, fresh, tea, some wood.
   Taste:   Sweet, vanilla, a bit of citrus, honey, mint, a little pepper, caramel.
   Finish:  Medium, pepper, wood, light peat, citrus.
