Ardbeg Corryvreckan takes its name from the famous whirlpool that lies to the north of Islay, where only the bravest souls dare to venture.
It has been matured in bourbon and new French oak casks.
Awarded The World’s Best Single Malt in 2010 by the World Whiskies Awards.

    Nose:    Peat smoke, vanilla beans, crème brûlée, roasted almonds, panettone, raisins.

    Taste:    Vanilla crescents, seaweed, smoked almonds, citrus fruits, white pepper.

    Finish:    Long, the smoke clings to the cheeks and palate, alongside maritime notes, salt, tannins, ash.
