    Nose:    Sweetness, malt, dried fruits (dates), aromatic smoke, fruits (pears, peaches), hint of sherry, salty sea breeze.

    Taste:    Sweetness, spices, smoke, fruits (peaches), pepper, creamy and at the same time fresh and sparkling.

    Finish:    Spices, oak, slight bitterness, pepper, subtle sherry.
